(Google Play package com.glyntr.app). You do not need to install the
app to use this page.
Deletion is permanent. Once your request is verified, your account and the content in it are removed and cannot be recovered.
Request deletion
We will email you a 6-digit confirmation code to verify that the account is yours. Nothing is deleted until you enter it.
If an account exists for that address, we have emailed it a 6-digit confirmation code. Enter it below to confirm deletion.
Entering this code permanently deletes your Glyntr account and the content in it. This action cannot be undone.
Your account deletion request has been submitted successfully. You will receive confirmation after the request has been processed.
Your Glyntr account and the data listed below have now been removed. You can close this page.
What is deleted
Everything below is erased for your account:
- Your sign-in account and email address.
- Your profile and brand workspace — brand description, script style guide, colours and workspace settings.
- Scripts and opinions — generated scripts, opinion questions and your written answers.
- Recordings and uploads — interview, opinion and script video recordings, long-form uploads and raw clips.
- Media library — faces and face images, candids, b-rolls, raw b-rolls, trimmed clips and finished content items, including the underlying files in storage.
- Publishing connection — your stored publishing workspace key and the accounts and post history synced from it.
- Voice and integration credentials held for your account, removed from our encrypted secrets vault.
- Subscription and invoice records held in the app, and your automation and content-generation history.
Your subscription is cancelled with our payment processor as part of the same request, so you are not billed again.
What may be retained, and why

We have no other legally required retention period. Apart from the items above, your personal account data is deleted as soon as your request is verified. See the Glyntr Privacy Policy for the full policy.
Deleting from inside the app
If you are signed in to Glyntr, you can do the same thing from Account → Delete account. It uses this identical process.
